Stuck in Toxic disposal maintance

I seem to be stuck in this sector. When I go outside the other door will
not open for me. Any Idea what I missed??

There is a little building from which the second Revenant attacks you. Go
inside and jump up on some stuff. You will be able to get up to a beam
leading to a door which actually opens.
