They will allow you to upgrade a little early. I forget the exact
amount of time, but check with your local store to see if they will
allow it. Also customer service might be aboe to set something up with
your local store as well, of over the phone. If i remember correctly
my wife and I upgraded our phones 3 months early. Worth a shot. Worst
they can do is to say no.
