Problem installing Sound.dat for SimCity4 in WindowsXP partition on new Mac Pro

how do I solve problem of Sound.dat not transferring during install of SimCity4 in WindowsXP partition on new Mac Pro?

I solved it - sorry everyone! I remembered it was my son's CD so I checked the back and sure enough, gunk and stuff so I cleaned it off and SimCity finished installation.
