but in the forums i come from an offtopic forum is moded by a few mods and spam gets deleted, or move to hall of shame,
or that person if he/she spam's abuse's people gets suspended or banned.

Yeah, and the forums I come from 'I' denoting ones self is written is 'I' and not 'i'. Random use of carriage returns is frowned upon. We also expect everyone to be competent in his or her grammar and spelling.
