SC2 screen scrambles occasionally. What to upgrade?

I think something is going wrong with one of my components. I think it's my video card, but I'm not sure since I'm not a hardware wizz. Basically every 10 or so games of starcraft 2 my screen will scramble, if I hit the windows key, it *sometimes* will take me to windows where everything will look fine. If I go back into starcraft the screen is still scrambled, and I have to restart my computer.

I've tried updating my video card drivers and dusting out the entire system.

what exactly do you mean by scrambled? you mean like screen tearing? also have you overclocked anything?
