It's time I upgrade my AXP 2500+ to an A64. I'm pretty settled on the S939 route, an A64 Winchester 3200+, a 6600GT video card (Leadtek? others?). I can't decide on a motherboard. The Ultra D from DFI looks really good (but expensive). I will likely OC it in the future, but not right a way. Any other mobos that might cost a bit less?

ALSO, I currently have an Antec TruePower 330, will I likely need a new PSU? I also have 2 optical drives, 2 IDE hard drives, and 3 PCI cards riding on my machine.

I would say you need a new PSU - somewhere around 450W. Make sure that you get one that is ATX12V <b>v2.0[/b} compatible (it will list 2 12v rails in the specs.).

I've heard the Epox EP-9NDA3+ mobo is feature rich and OCs like a beast and is only $126.

The graphics forum has a great FAQ that includes discussions on manufacturers for each chipset - highly recommend you take a look at it.
