In my business, when I buy the software, some companies give audio video tutorials over the net. I can watch those presentations thru Internet on my computer using a program called webex player ( A software named webex that plays these audio video tutorials which is provided by the company that I am buying the business software from.)
These are large size files ranging from 25 to 75 MB in size. I have a very slow dial up connection and I am managing to watch it in bits & pieces but I really would like to record it ( Save it on my hard drive ) so that I can watch it over & over for learning purposes. But since they are providing only a player, I can not record it. I wrote to webex company and they said that the other company has to provide you the recording program of webex. I wrote to company and they are not responding.
If some one like to know what I am talking, here is a link where these tutorials are available to watch so you can get a better idea of what is involved.
Of course I can watch it as many times as I want provided I spend 4 to 6 hrs on net with dial up connection to watch a 30 minute presentation tutorials.
These are tutorials they are providing to learn their business software but they don’t care about people who do not have a luxury of Broadband and unlimited internet connection.
I would like to urge some of you to show me how to record these audio video tutorials.
I am not computer expert.
Are there any software that would do the job? If yes would you kindly give URLs to buy or try those software?
Is there an easy way to record these ( i.e. Save them on my hard drive? )
