Advice on upgrading computer

Hello, i could really do with some help on upgrading my computer, want to upgrade to a computer which will run games like starcrat 2 with no issue, but dont want to break my bank. any advice would be great, thanks my current specs are
= AMD Athlon 64bit X2 4600+ 2.4GHz Dual Core CPU
= ABIT NF-M2PV GF6100+NF405 HT2000 Motherboard
= Geforce N9600GT 512MB PCI-E
= 2GB DDR2 800MHz RAM
= 160GB SATAII Hard Drive
= XP Home OS

You meet the minimum requirements and pretty close to recommended requirements if your plan to upgrade O/S to Windows 7.
