Blue Screen in SC2

When i open SC2 I usually get a blue screen.. a few times it was green and i was able to see the log in screen but the right half was cut off and placed to the left side.. I have had a pink screen in an other game but was able to fix it when changed the games res.. Im not sure if it is a monitor issue or GPU.. Is there a way to change the res outside the game?

I assume you are using onboard graphics?

haha.. oops thanks though i figured it out.. it was the tv.. i used a different monitor (that supported the resolution) to change SC2 to windowed mode and now it works fine on my tv..
