can't find IDE devices in bios, but in windows

I really don't understand...

the bios on my MSI K8N Neo4 detects my s-ata hd, but not my ide-hd, neither does it automatically find my 2 dvd units, but if i try to "auto-detect" them they are there.
and i get a "floppy disk fail" message as well.

in windows everything works fine, including the floppy.
what might be wrong?! please help me out..

maybe RAID is activated for IDE interface in BIOS. Set it to normal ATA and not RAID
