OK.Just yesterday a trojan fakealert had infected my pc.so every time on startup it would give a message sshanass.dll not found in stsem 32 directory.but i downloaded malwarebytes and it removed the trojan and the message on startup stopped.now whenever I turn on windows and it gets to the desktop, when I turn on google chrome my explorer stops responding even though my browser works. When I close the browser the explorer starts working and again when i open the browser nothing happens. My pc becomes normal again.what's the problem please?

When you remove infected files there is always a risk of damaging the os. The best thing that you can do is to reload the machine, it's the only way that you can guarante that you will completely remove all of the infected files and prevent issues like this from occuring.
