I don't know has any experience with this game but it seems that Lost Planet really stresses out your GPU and keeps it at 100% usage and makes your GPU very hot. I find this a little odd because games that are just as or more graphically intensive (i.e. Starcraft 2, Oblivion, Mass Effect, and even Crysis) don't do this. Sure all games will make your graphics card warm, but most of my games run at around 70 C while Lost Planet pushes the temp all the way to 80 C. I would like to know if anyone has noticed this issue and suggest a possible fix.
Running an Nvidia GTS 250 1 GB with a Phenom II X2 555 BE and 4 GB of ram so I know I'm not really bottlenecked by anything.
