Asus P4P800 VS MSI Neo3

Hey guys, I need your opinion in the following subject
a friend is considering to get a 3.0Ghz LGA processor with a MSI Neo3 MB (865PE), while another friend recommended if he go for a prescott 3.0Ghz with an asus P4P800. If any of you guys have experienced any of these two, opinions are appreciated . thanks in advance

northwood is not an option since it cannot be found in stock, i think abit IC7 with prescotts will be just fine

If you can't get a Northwood make sure you cool the Prescott well or it will throttle to lower speeds.
