I had a badly frayed AC adapter for my laptop that I had not noticed
until it was almost too late, I had to bend and twist it every which
way in order to get power into my laptop. I went to the hp parts store
at hp.com and they sent me the part overnight without charging me one
cent for the expedited shipping. Needless to say, I am very happy with
this kind of customer care. :-)

I've also had excellent service from hp parts. I needed a mounting
bracket to add a second hard drive to my Pavilion. I described what I
was looking for, they immediately knew what I wanted, verified the price
and inventory. A few days later I had the parts in hand.
