I bought an discounted mobo from a shop. It is AMD sicket A mobo Epox EP-8KMM5I. Poeple in the shop say that it support Sepron up to 2800+ so I bought Sempron 2300+ for a budget system.

But now when boting up, nothing show up in screen. I have all thing set up correctly presumably. And also, when nothing show up, I went to the shop and changed other one and people there say that the mobo all tested.
Checking manual from website, it only says to support Athlon. So can it be the Sempron that crash system.

I wouldn't think so. Semprons are just rebadged athlons (The ones with the 256kb cache).

When you turn it on, fans spin and post beep codes?

They had one BIOS showing. I don't know if thats the latest (didnt even check the date) and that didn't indicate that it was a patch for Sempron support.

Try searching the Epox web site. I can't see where there is Sempron support. You can ask the support department... maybe.

I find their site a little bad unfriendly.. Guess you have to take them at their word or specification if they don't supply more information.
