Case: Antec Super Lanboy
Mobo: DFI LanParty UT nF4 Ultra-D

My case has LED wires for HDD and PWR and one other generic LED wire. My mobo has pins specifically for HDD and PWR. What is the other LED for?

Other than the reset switch which specifically states that the black wire should be on the ground and the colored wire should be on the other pin, does it matter which pin is which for PWR switch, PWR LED, HDD LED??

No idea what the Other LED is for. Some boards might have a LED for when they're in suspend mode or something. Bottom line - it won't affect anything if it's not plugged in, so don't worry about it.

That's really odd! The reset switch is just a momentary connection - as such it doesn't matter which way round you plug the connection. Same for the power switch.

The LEDs are Diodes - by their very nature current will only flow through them one way, so YES, it does matter which way round they go. The good news is that it's harmless to plug them in the wrong way around - the only adverse effect will be that the LEDS don't light up. if they don't work, then plug them in the other way round.
