What's the difference between these Mobo's?

I'm going to get a new computer and I can't tell what the difference between the following 2 gigabyte boards are:

Gigabyte GA-K8N Ultra-SLI

Gigabyte GA-K8NXP -SLI


Which board is better and what are the differences? There is about a 5$ price difference between the boards where I plan on buying, so price isn't an issue.

Also do both these boards have built in RAID?

I'm pretty much set on getting on of those 2 boards, but if you must suggest a different board IT MUST HAVE SLI/PCI-E, FIREWIRE, AND RAID built in, I don't want to pay extra for a raid card and a firewire card.

5 bucks difference, go for the ULTRA because its ULTRA cool (don't take my word for it, i'm just joking)
