SR2 is actually just a very fast paced game. Its like your character is high on crack the whole time. I will say though that it was one of the most brilliantly fun games I have played last year, but comes with an extraordinary amount of bugs.

please list your whole system specs.

hmm yeah this pc looks a bit dated to be playing SR2 at all high settings. Thats a single core processor, yes?

try to drop the settings down a bit and see if it still speeds up like that.

i also remember that SR2 graphics are very badly "optimized". I saw this in person as I played the game and also saw it suffer for it in the reviews...in fact it was the main beef most ppl had with it.

you could have a rippin new pc rig with neato graphics card it would still run at like 15 frames per second just randomly.
