I have a problem with nfs shift lag?

I have an ATI Raedon HD5750 and it lags so much... Do i need to upgrade my driver?
My pc specs are:
Powercolor hd 5750
G31TM-P21 DDR2 Motherboard
3GB DDR2 Ram
450 Watts psu
Pentium D 820 2.80 Ghz
Windows 7 ultimate

yeah upgrading is always nice if ya got da monies.

450watt power supply is maybe just enough to run your video card.

3gb of ram? get another stick for $20 to have 4gb



are you playing this game cranked all the way up? some lag is understandable in that case with your system.
