AC Plan: calls to Canada from Washington, DC still free?

I've relocated from New Jersey to Washington DC and am thinking about
switching my phone # to a local DC #. But before I do EZmove, I want to
double-check that folks in the DC metro area get free (on nights and
weekends) calls to Canada under the AC Plan. This was a perk that I
enjoyed in New Jersey and still do because I have a NJ phone #.

On another note, has anyone used EZmove? How much of a hassle is it to
change #s? Is there a cost?
