Anyone could help me with this one? Ad-aware 6.0, Spybot, Norton or noadware found nothing in my computer.
The main problem is that my homepage has been changed to res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm which cycles 4-5 annoying sites when I open IE. When I change my homepage to something else, after I restart IE twice it goes back to res://C:\WINDOWS\System32.. I tried reinstalling IE but nothing changed. I tried scanning in safe mode with every spyware removal tools or with norton antivirus but none of them found anything suspicious.

Anybody has suggestion?

Try reading through this <A HREF="http://forumz.tomshardware.com/software/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&p=48156#48156" target="_new">thread</A> ... download and run <A HREF="http://www.intermute.com/products/cwshredder.html" target="_new">CWShredder</A> - I think it's up to v2.12 now ...

You've been "highjacked" - if after running the prgms suggested in the referenced thread you're still "stuck" - you might try one of the paid programs recommended in <A HREF="http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm" target="_new"> Eric L. Howes</A>"Trustworthy Anti-Spyware Products" list ...
