A8N SLI Deluxe Driver install Problem

Just loaded Windows XP Pro SP2 on my system. When I look in device manager I see there is a problem with the drivers for the PCI Memory Controller & the SM Bus Controller. When I try & update the drivers I get an error message saying access is denied. The user I am logged in as is a member of the administrators group. I also have tried updating them logged in as Administrator. I also have an unknown device in the System deivces section...
One other thing I have an AMD 3500+ with a Zalman 7000B-Cu. My idle temp is about 100 F. Is this normal?

That fixed the 2 of them!
I found out the unknown device is AI booster. When I try to install the driver I get the message access denied... AGAIN
