Did things change in WI on the latest PRL? I've gone from roaming on USCC
first and then to Alltel to Alltel being first then USCC. Now with the
latest changes USCC is first again. Both have very good coverage in the
state however USCC doesn't allow for internet access or data. When on Alltel
other than the phone saying extended area, you would not know that you are
roaming as everything works. Just puzzled why they would make that type of
change.
Thanks for any help in advance.

Bill Radio's site is a great source for tracking changes through each
VZW PRL update. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info. I am looking for the actual contents listed like they
used to have on PRL's.

Ever since Justalurker stopped posting the entire interrupted PRL, I
don't know of anyone who has. There is a lot of data to compile and
format. Also, since the SID list has been taken over by private
companies, it gets harder and harder to get the companies that are
associated with the SID.

I guess that the better roaming rate a carrier gives, the higher they
are on the list.
