I know nothing about MACs. I have a client that can't open jpeg files I send him...Any ideas on what I should have him try? Do I need to convert these jpegs to something else?

I assume you are sending them via email. What email client is he using?

I had to do tech support for those things and that caused me to absolutely hate them. I'll try to refrain from going off on a bashing streak

Ahh....we found some software in the MAC downloads at softpedia that will convert jpegs to the PDF files he can read. Emailed them and he says they work fine!

I really don't want to know anymore about his MAC than I have to..heh heh..
