I know nothing about MACs. I have a client that can't open jpeg files I send him...Any ideas on what I should have him try? Do I need to convert these jpegs to something else?

Tell him he needs to buy a PC.

I assume you are sending them via email. What email client is he using?

I had to do tech support for those things and that caused me to absolutely hate them. I'll try to refrain from going off on a bashing streak :)

Ahh....we found some software in the MAC downloads at softpedia that will convert jpegs to the PDF files he can read. Emailed them and he says they work fine!

I really don't want to know anymore about his MAC than I have to..heh heh..
