Motherboard Upgrade

Please could someone give me details on a motherboard upgrade for my system below, that will not require me to fresh install. (i've been told that a fresh install will not be required, but is this chipset/manufacturer restricted)

I just read MoBo Q/A at top of thread, and with XP pro, It sounds like I should be OK if I follow with a re-fresh.

I was thinking of an ABIT IS7 motherboard... would that be a good fit for current systm?

Why are you upgrading your current motherboard? Seems to me your setup is fine.

I would guess another dead MSI mobo. You should be fine with the abit replacement. Just dont settle for any of the variants, they're crap.
