You cannot.

The game requires DirectX 10. Windows XP only supports up to DirectX 9c.

It's always a good idea to read system requirements.

Whatever u do, JC2 will never work on xp, try to get win 7-

Oh sorry but u cant , unfortunatly this game only has been made for Vista & Seven .
I didnt to buy it whereas i was dieing to test it . install second Windows on ur PC if u have enough ram or space for that then enjoy of it .
