Screen goes black/Crashing when playing games

I tried playing Warcraft 3 and Civilization 4 and goes black after 30minutes to an hour. but played Starcraft 2 and Crysis or red alert 3 and they work fine. They said i had bad sticks so I RMAd my OCZ's and got corsairs but still has same problems. Is it still the RAMS or i have a different problem this time?

I have an ATI radeon HD5750 and DX11.
I also have 650w Power Supply and it can't be overheating because i'm always in a rooom with full blasted air conditioning and i have fans inside my case.

Any suggestions or recommendations/solutions to this problem? Thanks!

This could be your GPU overheating and somehow. Doesnt go black in some games? Try playing crysis for just a bit longer and i bet it will.

Download "speedfan" and tell us what temperature your cpu and gpu are chillin at.

It only crashes on Warcraft 3 and Civ 4 so far. Havent experienced black screens with crysis and left for dead and red alert 3. I downloaded speedfan and everything is cool except for Temp3 (which I have no idea of what peripheral that is) in 79 farenheit. this is my gpu...

great then its probably not a hardware failure. Then I'm guessing it is game specific problem. I found this with a google search:
