I RMA'd an Asus p4p800e Deluxe due to a fried ICH5R Southbridge controller. I was sent a replacement, but when I installed the new MOBO and all components, the Bios won't load. When I turn on the computer, I get the ASUS logo screen, but nothing happens. Could something else have fried when the ICH5R fried? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is possible. Most likely candidate would be that deathstar.
On the other hand, if you have something connected to the front usb port, you probably fried another south bridge.
