New gamming pc

I am building a new gamming computer and well here is what im in the market to get!!

- New Mobo
- CPU [amd please] - I have a p4 2.8 now. want a change
- RAM
- HDD

I already have a 6800 GT / Soudblaster Audigy..

- this pc is strickly for gamming..

Any input is great.
