SATAII HD and DFi MB?

Can I connect a SATAII HD (Hitachi Deskstar T7K250) to a DFi Lanparty UT nF4 Ultra-D? The power connection from the PSU is the same as with the older SATA, right?

According to the <A HREF="http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813136152" target="_new">product description</A> it supports SATA II. Power connection should be the same.
