Looking for new mobo

Hey, im looking for a new mobo socket 939 with 8sata ports, sli and good overclocking, i currently have my eyes on Gigabyte GA-K8N Ultra-SLI nForce4-SLI Socket939, however i dont know if this is any good for overclocking, any suggestions ?
