I have my doubts, but are there any motherboards that offer PCI-E that I can use with my 3.06 Northwood Processor? Thanks.

There may be a board...:

<A HREF="http://www.asus.com/products4.aspx?l1=3&l2=12&l3=0&model=167&modelmenu=1" target="_new">http://www.asus.com/products4.aspx?l1=3&l2=12&l3=0&model=167&modelmenu=1</A>

Haven't seen it for sale anywhere though.

The ASUS doesnt seemed to be released yet...I located the Albatron board and its at a good price. But, my old and fried motherboard is an Abit AI7, what am I going to have to do if I swaped it out with the Albatron? Is it possibe without reinstalling windows?

Splendid
If you dont want to reinstall, just do a repair install. It works the same as doing a clean install, but after checking for previous windows versions, you get the option to repair.
