I am working on a dell deminsions 8100 for an insurance company that is having some rebooting problems everytime I put the system under any kind of load. Im talking even if I try to install updates it just reboots. I flashed the bios to the most recent one and it still does it. The system was originally shipped with ME and they had it upgraded to XP. This is when the rebooting problem occurred.

I am lost on this one, plz help.
