Arma 2 OA Benchmark

Hey guys recently I've been running a EVGA 9800gt 1gb with Arma 2....it was running fine but now I think its starting to crap out, I actually have two 9800gts but SLI for Arma 2 is apparently out of the question seeing as it runs terrible with it on. Anyways Ive been getting benchmarks of 25 to 32 about and Im thinking to upgrade my card....been looking at the GTX 460....any ideas?

Oh ya Im running my pc on a 26in HDMI monitor with 1360x768...I know that cards are affected by resolution as well

arma II is coded by a bunch of gorillas who forgot how to make a good game 10 yrs ago.

But yeah 460 sounds like a decent upgrade. They say don't upgrade unless the card u want is 3 tiers higher than ur 9800gt. (on the almighty toms hardware charts that is) gl gentlemen

the game has its bugs but what do expect from such a small company, anyway I love the game, it requires so much more thinking then a normal fps...anyway im not here to argue but thanks for the advice

You made me lol

went with the GTX 465, hopefully not too bad of a choice, heard it runs hotter and consumes more power but I got 750w so hopefully it wasn't a bad choice, anyway the temp doesn't matter to me cause I don't plan on OC'ing it that much and the winter is coming up here in Chicago :)
