AGP and PCI-E on one board?

I want to upgrade to AMD. and i'll need a new motherboard

But i don't want to upgrade everything. I've got good memory and a Geforce6800gt AGP now

are their any boards with both a PCI-E and AGP slot so that upgrading later would be easy?

and i'm sure all boards these days handle PC3200 ddr-400mhz ram fine
