Hey all, i am very new to linux. First off, i read the Linux Faq guide and Thanks.

I want to learn linux, but know little programming. I am looking for an easy to use version of Linux. After reading the faq guide, it seems like Mandrake or RedHat, would be the best choice.

What do you all think, i need veterans help and opinions. And those who have been in the same boat as me.

Thanks

Mediocer

You do not have to know how to code referencing linux. Buy an O'Reilly book like learning linux and you will be fine. After reading that book then get another one and continue to read until you understand the OS inside and out. Linux does take time to learn but it is not tough.
