Which MOBO?

Hi everyone. got a quick question and I'm looking for your input.

I've got a p4 2.4GHz and 512megs of PC2700 DDR ram.

These are the surviving parts of an HP Pavilion A244W PoC (Piece of C**p). Anyway, I want to use the cpu and ram on another mobo, I just don't know which one would be decent.

Any suggestions would be great.

Abit IS7 (the original version) would be the best pick, but search the web for the Gigabyte GA-8ISXT-FS, as this board offers similar features and might be half the price.

Of course that Gigabyte board is an OEM board and doesn't have overclocking options.
