Exchange wireless logitech m510 for wired m500?

I currently have the M510 wireless mouse and I feel like the performance on games is worse than my corded rx1000
Will the Corded logitech M500 be better or is it just me?

Yep, i have tried a bunch of different mice (lots of returns and exchanges at fry's) and wireless is still hit or miss, with other variables that led me down to the 500 including latency, compensation, acceleration, buttons, scrolling (i love and cant go back to a regular scroll wheel because i brows a lot of web and folder content).
