You want to download what? A direct3d device is a video card. You can't download that. You have to purchase it.

If you want to download DirectX drivers, then go your video card manufacturer's website and get the drivers there.

Sorry but I don't understand the question, I think it would be in everyones best interest for you to rephrase that question.

If you post what your issue is we can probably do a better job and answering your question. What makes you think you need direct3d installed? Please give as much detail as possible, what you are doing, what's the issue, any error messages, etc...
