I'd suggest going with a newer one.

If it's AMD: DFI or Epox nforce 4 ultra
But these boards have PCIe slot for video so if you want to keep an AGP video card you'll have to get a different one.

Post what do you have, what's your budget, what do you want to do with this PC, etc.
