Tough Fit: OCZ->120mm coolingfan + heatsink?

I am curious if the Zalman 120mm cooling fan/heatsink will get in the way of the OCZ 520W PSU? Will the ram get in the way of the cooling fan as well? I have a
DFI LANPARTY nF4 SLI-DR Socket 939 Mobo. THANKS

so does it all depend on where the mobo fits in the case? I haven't gotten my hardware in yet just curious if it does happen to be the case of it not fitting.

what about the 90mm zalman cooling fan? If this one doesn't even fit then would you reccomend another good cooling fan/heatsink that will be great for overclocking?

which case would you reccomend for overclocking? I might sell this case and get another one. I just thought it looked cool but i will sacrafice practicallity over looks anyday. Any great cases that aren't enormous but offer great cooling?

Will any atx mid-size fit with the 120mm cooling fan/heatsink? I was thinking of the tsunami cases.
