Hi fellow generals,
I'm running a GTX295 with the 190.62 drivers (believe me when I say that updating my drivers doesn't help) on a Windows 7 64-Bit Home Premium machine and I am running the game at 1920 x 1200 with all settings maxed out except the shadows, which are set to the second highest setting, because they actually look better than when they are set to ultra.
Anyways, my problem is this: when viewed from certain angles, the shadows get pixelated. Here are some clear examples of pixelated, low-quality tree shadows on the campaign map, as well as those of ships:
And the same applies to the battlefield as well. Notice the pixelated shadows of the cavalry when viewed directly from the back (or the front)
But if I pan the camera and view them from the side, the pielated shadows suddenly become very sharp and high quality!
Do you guys also have this problem and is there a way to fix this?
