help please!! L440gx+ mobo

Hi -

I have recently acquired an Intel L440GX+ mobo and have stuck it into a regular PC tower case, a single P3 450MHz and a slot 1 terminator card, added 192Mb SDRAM (100) a regular IDE HD etc etc...

Problem is, it only gets as far as checking the memory and reporting "Keyboard found - Press F2 for setup". But when I pres F2 nothing happens and the systems just freezes. It doesn't seem to go through the regular bios start routine i.e. checking for boot sectors etc.

When I reset the machine - nothing happens - no video - the drives are spinning tho..

I'd be really grateful if anyone had any thoughts on this.

It could be bad RAM, try using only one module and see if you can get into BIOS.
