whats the difference?

Ya, I was wondering about that myself. The only difference that I found was that the non-UT version has "1 diagnostic LED connector for external 4 diagnostic LEDs display" above and beyond what the UT version has. I'm sure that there's got to be something else, but I can't find it.

I think the ut comes with Ultra Violet cables or something, not sure though.

If anything, I'd think it would be the other way around as the non-UT version is the more expensive one.
