Spidey: Shattered Dimensions on PC?

Has anyone heard when the new Spider-Man Shattered Dimensions game will be hitting the PC platform? I've heard "later this year" and "fall", but no exact date. Thought I'd check to see if anyone heard any specifics.

On What do you play it on?
I mean in what type, that is on the ps3 , XBOX 360 or PC ??

PC. It hit WalMart earlier than other stores so I grabbed it up... I think it came out to them sometime around Black Friday... could be off by a few weeks, though.
