How to delete load savegame in graw-2

Hello, in GRAW-2 would like to ask how to delete a saved game and more importantly, how can I switch from specialists in single player. I can´t blow a tank with my sniper rifle and I need my Demolition partner to take care of it. Many thanks to you all.
