Power Connects for PCI-e board?

HI,

Sorry - Just a quickie...will be building a new system in a week or so and wanted to double check something. Do PCI-e boards needs a special pci-e power connector? I ask as I plan to get an Asus A8N premium, 7800gtc etc but have an Antec truepower 550w which has only standard connections.

Any insight is appreciated!
