I have a GA-8IHXP 2.1 motherboard. My power supply is Antec True Blue 480. I have 4 sticks of 256 PC1066 Samsung memory. My graphics card is ATI AIW 9800 pro. I have two optical drives, lite-on CDRW and DVD ROM. I recently had two shutdowns from my system. No BSOD. The first shutdown was while I was running Anti-virus. The next day I had another shutdown just surfing the web. I can't recall the last time my system shutdown. This system has been running fine for two years. I did swich cases recently. Not sure if something is loose. I switched from a Chieftec Dragon to TT Tsunami. I have four fans. Before my crashes I switch the cheap TT 120mm blue exhause fan with Panaflo FBA12G 12U1C. I am using the Vantec 201 5.25 fan controller on my four fans. This controller had been used in the Chieftec case.

I am over clocking my system to 3.333 Ghz from 3.07 Ghz. I was overclocking before I had the shutdowns.

Recently I installed M.B.Monitor 5.3.7.0. I noticed when I turn the alarms on for my -5.00 and -12.00 voltages I get the alarm messages within a few seconds. Can someone tell me if there is a problem with these readings below? The threshold for -5 and -12 is 5%. I am not sure what to make of the numbers below for -5 and -12.
