Hey. I want to install Just Cause 2 on my computer but I have DX9 and it requires DX10. My video card is an EVGA nVidia 7900 GS Factory Overclocked. It's pretty old but can run COD4 with almost everything maxed out with minimal lag. I was wondering if there is any way to get DX10 on that card or maybe trick my PC into thinking it has DX10 so I can play DX10 games. Or do I just need a new video card? This is one of the things about computers that I am not good with.
Thanks in advance. http://img.tomshardware.com/forum/uk/icones/wink.gif

Solution
Sorry, dude.

Put the game aside until you upgrade to Win Vista or Win 7.

You also need at least a DX10 card. That means at least Radeon HD 2xxx (currently HD 5xxx) series or nVdia 9xxx (currently GTX 4xx) series video card.
