Hi all,
i have a gigabyte K8NF-9 motherboard with the latest nvidia forceware driver on win XP SP2.
its been running ok for last couple of month but ive noticed its running 2 apache.exe proccess in the background. which comes from nvidia files and folders.
but i have no network server. just ur standart cable internet connection, linked to my computer with a network cable and a modem.
i was unable to find a place to remove those proccesses, or even why they are running.
maybe one of you know.
thank u.

The apache services are for the nVidia forceware hardware firewall. If you installed that feature on the software suite then their-in lies your reason for the process running. If you do not intend to use the nVidia forceware manager, then i recommend you remove it promptly as will stop some apps from running, and interfere with pro's you are trying to run. Otherwise configure the firewall, and live happily everafter.
